the location was central. it was within easy walking distance of major attractions (like the main square). the host provided very helpful recommendations for local restaurants. she even suggested great bike rental places, made exploring easy.
the street noise was a bit noticeable at times.

The noise was a HUGE problem! The room had almost zero soundproofing, and I could hear everything from the busy street below late into the night. the persistent smell of stale smoke in the room was really off-putting. I didn't see anywhere that it was a smoking-friendly place.
